Olympic Lifting

For beginners and experienced athletes alike, this class provides technique driven skills and drills for those looking to improve their Clean, Jerk and Snatch.

807 SportsCamp

The application of fitness for those involved in Sport. Focusing on the fundamentals of movement that are common in Sport; lifting (pushing, pulling), tumbling, running, and calisthenics.

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years from being a participant to a fitness instructor.
